Full-month illustrative operating data

Sales, prices, tolerances and incidents are simulated for 30 demo outlets. Daily sales combine calendar demand with simulated outlet trends. The card chart shows the 7-day average within the selected month. Rising indicates that average daily sales in the last full week are at least 15% higher than in the first full week. Steady outlets finish close to their first week. The percentage beside monthly sales compares full-month totals. Quality and reconciliation incidents use independent demo scenarios. Monthly totals cover the entire selected month, including dates after today. Exception resolution is not tracked.

Reading the map: bubble area follows full-month sales in KL using a fixed scale across filters and months, with visual size limits for readability. Bubble numbers total recorded stock, collection, water and density events, rather than distinct exception days or unresolved tasks. An asterisk marks partial counts when checks are missing. Colours group event counts; they do not establish business risk or resolution status. Rounded group boxes count outlets. Locations outside the demo have no operating estimates.
